About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of the retail landscape, and a passion for driving sales through excellent execution and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts such as supermarkets and department stores.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers, including buyers and category managers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in-store.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and new product launches.
  • Monitor account performance and generate data-driven reports to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and merchandising.
  • Identify market opportunities and propose innovative approaches to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Trade Marketing, preferably in Modern Trade.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel and do fieldwork when necessary.
