The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube Ads & Video Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating compelling video content, managing YouTube ad campaigns, and driving measurable results through paid media.

The YouTube Ads & Video Marketing Specialist role is ideal for digital marketers who thrive in a creative yet data-driven environment, with the autonomy to design, test, and scale campaigns while producing high-quality video content that resonates with target audiences.

Permanent Work-from-Home | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute YouTube Ads strategies that align with client goals.
  • Create engaging video content (storyboards, editing, optimization).
  • Manage and optimize YouTube ad campaigns (targeting, bidding, analytics).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights.
  • Stay updated with YouTube trends, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong skills in video creation/editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, audience targeting, and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
