DRIVER TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

Responsible for driving service vehicles and assisting in field technical operations. Supports installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecom equipment and infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicle to transport personnel and materials
  • Assist in installation and repair of telecom lines and equipment
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and field support tasks
  • Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and in good running condition
  • Follow safety standards and work instructions in the field

Qualifications:

  • With valid Driver's License
  • Knowledgeable in fieldwork and basic technical tasks
  • Willing to travel and work in shifting schedules
SPLICER (Fiber / Copper Technician)

Job Description:

Responsible for splicing, testing, and troubleshooting fiber or copper cables to ensure high-quality network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fiber/copper splicing and termination
  • Conduct OTDR, power meter, and other fiber testing activities
  • Troubleshoot signal loss or connectivity issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cable routes and splicing records
  • Ensure work meets telecom quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fiber/copper splicing preferred
  • Knowledge in OTDR, Power Meter, Splicing Machine operation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in field reporting
LINEMAN (Telecom/Outside Plant)

Job Description:

Installs, maintains, and repairs overhead and underground telecom lines and network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Climb poles and work at heights to install/repair lines
  • Lay out, secure, and maintain aerial and underground cables
  • Handle cable pulling, messenger wire installation, and hardware mounting
  • Conduct field inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Follow strict safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
  • Experience in telecom or electrical linework is a plus
  • Knowledge in hand tools and safety procedures
