• prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
• develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
• develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems
• advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts

Qualifications:

• must be a graduate of BS Accountancy from a reputable university
• hands on experience preparing Withholding Tax - Expanded and Compensation (monthly), Value Added Tax Return and Income Tax Return (Quarterly), Alphalist - SAWT, SLSP (quarterly)
• high level of competency in Microsoft applications
• good written and verbal English communication skills
• ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
• can work under pressure, multi-task, handle stress in a busy environment especially in meeting stringent schedules and deadlines
• excellent problem solving skills
• strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• willing to work on-site as a full time bookkeeper in a manufacturing company based in Guiguinto, Bulacan
• amenable to a 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM schedule (Monday to Friday)
