Position: Purchasing Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • holder of a bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of supervisory experience
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience working in the same industry.
  • willing to work on Saturdays.
  • able to attend in-person interviews upon request.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and lead the purchasing team.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategy.
  • Find and evaluate vendors; haggle over conditions, prices, and contracts.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Assure adequate supply, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with the warehouse and production teams.
  • Ensure that business policies, legal regulations, and moral standards are followed.

monitoring reports and ensuring compliance with BIR, BOC, and PEZA rules.

  • Maintain detailed purchase records and prepare reports for management.
  • Deal with any issues, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other divisions, such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, new product releases, and industry developments.
