Company security guards are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets through duties like patrolling, monitoring surveillance, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. They act as a deterrent to criminal activity, manage the entry and exit of visitors and vehicles, and maintain detailed incident reports to help prevent losses and keep the workplace safe. Key duties and responsibilities

  • Patrolling and surveillance: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols to monitor the premises, watch for suspicious activity, and check for signs of tampering or forced entry.
  • Monitoring and alarm response: Operate surveillance equipment like CCTV cameras to monitor for unusual activity, respond to alarms, and assess the situation as needed.
  • Access control: Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs and other necessary registers.
  • Emergency response: Serve as the first line of defense in emergencies, providing immediate assistance, coordinating with emergency services, and assisting with situations like fires or medical incidents.
  • Incident reporting: Document and report all daily activities, incidents, and suspicious behavior in detail, which can be critical evidence later.
  • Deterrence and enforcement: Deter criminal activity, enforce company policies and security procedures, and intervene in conflicts or violations, sometimes by detaining individuals until law enforcement arrives.
  • Assistance and information: Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors, and act as a point of contact for security-related questions.
  • Equipment and safety: Operate and test security equipment, perform safety checks, and ensure security systems are in working order.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
