We are looking for a reliable and alert Security Marshall to maintain the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate is observant, disciplined, and committed to ensuring a safe environment for all employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor all areas of the site at all times
- Stay alert at entrance/exit points and open gates for all entering/exiting personnel
- Log employees, deliverymen, applicants, and visitors with time-in/time-out and signatures
- Greet visitors courteously and assist with inquiries
- Keep all areas free of loiterers and unauthorized persons
- Perform body and bag searches of employees upon exit
- Monitor CCTV and respond promptly to alarms or incidents
- Control entry and departure of people and vehicles following company protocols
- Evict trespassers or violators while adhering to legal procedures
- Prepare and submit daily activity and incident reports
- Communicate clearly using provided radios or devices
- Ensure compliance with company rules and safety standards
- Contact authorities in case of crimes or accidents
- Maintain regular attendance and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably a Criminology graduate
- Experience in security or related field is an advantage
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Mabalacat, Pampanga before starting work
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php570.00 per day
