Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review & Compliance: Evaluate marketing materials, legal documents, and regulatory submissions to ensure adherence to applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, regulatory affairs, marketing, and product teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Strategic Legal Guidance: Provide expert legal advice on regulatory and contractual matters related to the companys international operations.
  • Contract & Trademark Management: Oversee international contracts, intellectual property, and trademark filings to protect the company's assets and interests.
  • Regulatory Research: Stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations within the medical and health sectors to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Internal Advisory: Participate in key business discussions, offering legal insights and recommendations to support company initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Legal Expertise: Strong background in law with a specialization in international contracts and trademark law.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Experience navigating legal frameworks governing medical and health products.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly analytical with a strong ability to identify legal risks and ensure compliance.
