  • Manages and oversees the overall Mall Operations, design and implements operational plans and policies to enhance foot traffic, improve tenant mix, and achieve business objectives.
  • Handles cost management, monitors Tenant's Sales and walk-ins Target and Achievement, implements Mall Action Programs and reviews results.
  • Conducts regular coaching sessions to the team to ensure all customer service initiatives are in place, and Mall operational standards and processes are effectively implemented.
  • Consolidates Customer Feedback, identifies and analyzes issues and concerns, makes sound decisions, and take course of action
  • Monitors financial performance, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervises maintenance, security, leasing, marketing, and customer service activities to uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related course
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in food industry, retail management or property management.
  • Good communication and strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
