Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging marketing materials such as flyers, posters, social media posts, and online ads.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property listings, events, and promotions.
  • Manage the company's social media pages and ensure consistent branding.
  • Support the sales team by generating leads and coordinating marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry.
  • Maintain a database of marketing materials, client inquiries, and project updates.
  • Assist in organizing property events, trippings, and open houses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Knowledge in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about sales and achieving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
