About the role

Join the dedicated housekeeping team at Noble Hotel in Banilad, Cebu City as a full-time Housekeeping professional. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation across all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and deep cleaning bathrooms
  • Tidy and maintain the presentation of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and function rooms
  • Restock and organise housekeeping supplies and linen closets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any requests or issues promptly and courteously
  • Support the wider housekeeping team in completing daily tasks and projects as required
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to complete the required tasks
  • Basic English language skills to communicate with guests and team members
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
