Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.

  • Hardworking, trustworthy, and can work under minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Willing to learn and can work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • With relevant experience is an advantage, but not required.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and record daily cash outflows of the company.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and the daily monitoring of disbursement reports for review by the accountant.

  • Maintain and organize files and accounting documents for proper safekeeping and easy retrieval.

  • Handle the release of vouchers and checks to suppliers or employees.

  • Ensure timely and accurate encoding of transactions in the accounting system.

  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers, banks, and other external parties when needed.

  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as may be assigned by the accountant or management.
