About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Project Manager to take ownership of the strategic and operational success of all major game publishing projects targeting the SEA market. Reporting directly to the COO, this executive role requires instrumental leadership in unifying efforts across Global Development, Regional Marketing, and high-volume Customer Support operations. You will be the central pivot ensuring every project delivers against ambitious regional KPIs, drives player adoption, and solidifies GameClub's market position as a premier publisher in SEA.

What You'll Do

• Regional Publishing Strategy: Partner with the COO and C-Suite to define the publishing roadmap, market entry strategies, and commercial objectives for all titles slated for SEA.
• Executive Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and govern complex, multi-million dollar projects, providing strategic oversight to functional heads across Product Development, Regional Marketing, Finance, and Player Operations (Customer Support).
• Advanced Project Governance: Establish and maintain high-level governance structures, implement advanced risk mitigation strategies for regional launches, and ensure absolute compliance with local regulations and market expectations.
• High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Serve as the final escalation point and primary communications lead for all internal stakeholders and key external publishing partners, managing expectations and ensuring executive-level visibility on project health.
• Commercial & Performance Directorship: Oversee the rigorous tracking and analysis of key publishing performance indicators (KPIs) and post-launch data, translating complex data into actionable strategic insights that directly influence P&L and regional growth targets.

What You Should Have

• 3+ years of progressive project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity within the gaming or digital entertainment publishing sector.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in SEA game publishing, including a proven track record of successfully launching and managing live service titles across multiple SEA territories.
• Expert-level understanding of the regional market landscape, including publishing models, payment gateways, regulatory requirements, and localizing for diverse player communities.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills in English, capable of articulating vision and managing conflict across global teams and external partners.
• Mastery of industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP certification preferred) and advanced proficiency in portfolio management tools.
• Innate strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, rapidly scaling, and commercially focused environment.
