What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage the firm's performance excellence initiatives, driving continuous improvement across key business processes
  • Oversee the onboarding and transition of new client accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to align on project objectives and outcomes
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a performance excellence or business transformation role, ideally within the financial services or funds management industry
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements

  • Must be willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
