Job summary:

Subject matter expert in Business and Operational Excellence aiming to seek continuous improvement based on future market trends, industry's best practices and business outlook. Spearheaded business critical operational projects that drive operational and network efficiency. Responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency and process compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Solution Development & Implementation:

  • Lead the design and execution of business solutions that align with operational requirements and customer needs.
  • Optimize workflows to improve service quality, cost efficiency, and turnaround time.
  • Oversee the integration of new solutions into existing operational and IT systems.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Plan, manage, and execute business solution projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.

Performance Management & Process Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
  • Implement process enhancements that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment of business solutions with corporate and operational strategies.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the single point of contact between operations, commercial teams, and customers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with customers to assess service effectiveness.
  • Manage escalations and proactively address operational issues impacting service levels.

Data Analysis & Business Insights:

  • Leverage data analytics to develop actionable insights that optimize operations.
  • Utilize performance measurement tools to track the success of implemented solutions.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making in business solution development.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all business solutions adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions.

Change Management & People Development:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Provide training and support to teams to enhance their understanding of new solutions.
  • Influence and drive organizational change by integrating best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business solutions, logistics, supply chain management, or operations.
  • Strong background in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization is preferred.
