  • Formulate maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve store and head office facilities.
  • Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance work.
  • Deals with emergency and unplanned repairs.
  • Diagnose breakdown problems and take corrective actions.
  • Control maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs.
  • Supervise and program the activities of assigned personnel or subcontractors like head office utility, store cleaners, and guards to ensure that consistent quality standard of service is provided.
  • Submission of Monthly Report to Managing Director, stating on-going works/repair, new project or renovations, next month's projected activities, expenses, problems, and concerns, with a recommendation.
  • Coordination and implementation of cleanliness in all areas, and observance of hygiene.
  • Monitoring of any projects/ongoing repair works and coordination with contractors/ supplier/ mall admin.
  • Initiation of quality control and maintaining the best standard for all works, working area, and personnel.
  • Perform related duties or any other projects as needed or directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience
  • Average communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Can modify the electrical design
  • With a strong sense of responsibility, good judgment, and decision-making
  • Must be flexible, can work on-call and during holidays.
  • Willing to work 6 days in a week and in a Mall hours set up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
