We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving expansion, forging partnerships, and strengthening market presence. This is a leadership role for a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented professional who thrives on turning opportunities into reality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end business cycle: from prospecting and deal negotiation to contract closing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure performance and shape growth strategies.
- Lead land acquisition efforts, feasibility studies, and partnership development to support expansion projects.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred but not required).
- Experience: 5–7 years in business development, land acquisition, urban planning, or a related role.
Knowledge & Skills:
Solid background in real estate principles, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- An entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, with problem-solving ability.
- A proven innovator who can challenge norms and identify new opportunities.
- Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
