Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance?

We're looking for a Tax & Compliance Accounting Specialist to manage our regular BIR filings, reports, and government submissions , ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.

This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in Philippine tax reporting and regulatory compliance, who takes pride in precision and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR returns.
  • Manage and monitor submissions via eFPS, eBIRForms, and eTIS.
  • Handle SLS/SPS (Summary List of Sales/Purchases) and QAP (Quarterly Alphalist of Payees).
  • Maintain updated tax and compliance records for audit purposes.
  • Ensure timely tax payments to avoid penalties and interest.
  • Coordinate with internal auditors and assist in documentation requirements.
  • Keep updated with BIR rules, regulations, and new advisories.
  • Liaise with BIR and other government agencies when needed.
  • Perform other related accounting and compliance tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling BIR filings or similar accounting work.
  • Knowledgeable in eBIRForms, eFPS, and other BIR systems.
  • Strong grasp of Philippine tax laws, deadlines, and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
