Overview:

Support and manage e-commerce campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and platform managers, ensuring smooth execution of sales, advertising, and engagement initiatives to drive growth and competitiveness.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze daily sales, traffic, and conversion rates to ensure healthy store performance. Recommend and implement optimizations based on trends and insights.
  2. Campaign Management – Coordinate nominations and product whitelisting with platform account managers. Prepare and submit Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) documents to support campaign participation and ensure return on investment.
  3. Inbound & Discounts – Manage inbound requests and implement in-shop discounts aligned with sales and campaign objectives. Coordinate closely with channel operations to avoid stockouts.
  4. Paid Advertising – Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads such as Sponsored Discovery and SMax campaigns. Ensure creatives are properly submitted and approved to meet campaign schedules.
  5. Reporting & Analytics – Generate and present regular sales and campaign performance reports to head, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  6. Store Engagement Activities – Organize livestream sessions and other engagement activities to drive traffic and conversions.
  7. Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and store strategies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Campaign Calendar Management – Maintain and update campaign calendars to ensure timely execution of activities and alignment with overall marketing plans.
  9. Creative Coordination – Collaborate with the creatives team for banners, thumbnails, and livestream assets to support campaigns and store visibility.
