Job Description:

  • Policy Development
    : Formulate and implement social welfare and development policies, plans, and programs that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Project Management
    : Oversee complex policy and planning projects, ensuring they are strategically aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    : Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners, to promote social welfare and poverty alleviation initiatives.
  • Supervision
    : Manage and supervise division priorities and deliverables, ensuring effective performance and task delegation among team members.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    : Conduct monitoring and evaluation of programs to assess their effectiveness and recommend improvements as necessary.

Qualification Standards:

  • Education
    : Master's degree in education OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
  • Experience
    : 4 years of supervisory/ management experience
  • Training
    : 40 hours of supervisory or management learning and development intervention/s
  • Eligibility
    : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
