POSITION TITLE: SALES AREA SUPERVISOR

AREA: Visayas-Mindanao Area

REPORTS TO: Sales and Merchandising Director

POSITION RANK: Supervisory

DEPARTMENT: Sales

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate with any 4years course
  • With 2years experienced in Retail Company
  • With experienced in Handling/Supervising people, Cashiering (POS, Cash card) and Sales Report, Inventory
  • Willing to work in Visayas/Mindanao Area

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible in monitoring the entire operation of the Area Assignment.
  • Checks monthly/weekly inventory of the store and coordinating replenishment to the assign allocator / Buyer
  • Ensures that sales targets for the area were achieved
  • Coordinates with the DH concern pertaining to store concern
  • Responsible in retagging and checking of price mark up and markdown.
  • Responsible in checking the inventory of the store assignment.
  • Monitors sales performances of the sales associate and KPI
  • Monitors the weekly sales review of the stores
  • Does the performance appraisal of Store Manager and OIC for possible promotion
  • Oversees the whole operation concern from stock keeping, security and customer service
  • Involves in training newly deployed Sales Associates in all areas of store operations
  • Cascade information related to promotional activities of the store to all sales staff under his/her area of responsibility
