We are looking for a Medical Coding Manager with deep expertise in Emergency Department (ED), Injection & Infusion, and Surgery coding. This leadership role is ideal for a certified coding professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Coding Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of coders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant coding practices.
  • Apply hands-on expertise in ED, Injection & Infusion, and Surgery coding.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Training & Development (Assistant Manager Scope)

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance coding accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
  • Govern learning rigor and behavioral standards across the team.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop reinforcement strategies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CCS, or equivalent certification required.
  • Proven experience in ED, Injection & Infusion, and Surgery coding.
  • Strong understanding of US RCM processes and clinical documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring coding teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Ability to relate clinical scenarios to coding and ROI (Release of Information) processes.
  • Experience in performance management and team development.
  • Passion for continuous learning and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php110,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • US CRM: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Medical Coding: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Health Care: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPC or COC or equivalent certification (Preferred)
