Fresca Trattoria is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our kitchen team. The steward plays an important role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and a smooth kitchen operations.

Located in Bolanos St, Legazpi Village, Makati City

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With experience preferred / without experience ( training is provided)
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Can work weekends and holidays
  • Honest, punctual, and hardworking
  • Experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and dishwashing area
  • Assist in basic kitchen cleaning duties (floors, drains. trash disposal)
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Support kitchen team when needed during operations
  • Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.
