Job Summary

The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products under SariMall, (an e-commerce platform) and SariLotto, (a new venture lottery business) ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends. The role bridges strategy, technology, and execution to deliver value-driven and scalable products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead product roadmap planning and execution aligned with company objectives.

  2. Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities.

  3. Translate insights into clear product requirements and specifications.

  4. Collaborate with tech, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.

  5. Manage product testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

  6. Ensure compliance with internal, partner, and regulatory standards.

  7. Track product performance and drive enhancements to improve user experience.

  8. Innovate based on emerging trends and customer feedback.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  2. Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms.

  3. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

  4. Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
