The main job of the IT Field Associate is to install and maintain computer systems and network aiming for the highest functionality and train users of the systems for appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. 

Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Monitor implementation and maintenance of the company's computer system deployed at customer site.

QUALIFICATION(S)/ MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2years course related to IT field are welcome.
  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, networks, and servers.
  5. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and various software applications.
  6. Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  7. Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and peripherals.
  8. Experience with cloud services, virtual machines, and remote access technologies is a plus.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Excellent communication skills for providing clear technical support to clients.
  11. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  12. Proven experience in IT support or as a field associate, working with hardware, software, and network systems.
  13. Experience working on-site with customers to resolve issues, install systems, or conduct maintenance.
  14. Ability to lift and carry IT equipment.
  15. Willingness to travel to different client sites.
