Job Description

  • Own full APAC regional P&L, including gross margin, cost of sales, and profitability targets
  • Lead strategic planning and operational execution aligned with global business objectives
  • Oversee regional revenue operations to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience excellence
  • Establish clear reporting, KPIs, and operating rhythms across the region
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team
  • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a key partner to global HQ and cross-functional stakeholders across revenue, operations, finance, and marketing
  • Drive standardization and scalability while navigating local market complexity

The Successful Applicant
A Successful General Manager Should Have

  • Proven experience owning and managing a regional or business-unit P&L
  • Background in transport, mobility, logistics, e-commerce, DTC, or similarly complex operational businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
  • Strong people leader with experience managing senior teams across geographies
  • Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
  • Ownership-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
  • Collaborative, low-ego leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and experienced in cross-border, matrixed organizations
