  1. Responsible for supervising and directing the finance functions and processes and ensure adherence to policies and procedures of Order to Cash.

  2. Directs, trains, supervises, and assists in appraising finance personnel

  3. Gather and analyze financial data in coordination with different departments and inter-branch.

  4. Perform audits and assessments and prepare audit reports with a recommendation to Finance Manager.

  5. Performs  variance and analysis on reports/payments  to identify and resolve any discrepancies or gaps.

  6. Reconcile bank statements and cash management (wire transfers, deposits, transfer funds, etc )

  7. Monitor Daily Reports H.O and Branches.

Treasury:

  • Supervise daily cash deposits and reconcile with the banks accounts.

  • Assist in short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.

  • Monitor mode of payment, wire transfers, cash deposit, check deposits per day.

  • Maintain and update treasury processes, procedures, control and documentation

  • Coordinate with banks transactions.

  • Support Finance Manager in updating, creation treasury and billing policy.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate treasury officer and Assistants.
