Job Summary:
The Liaison Assistant facilitates document acquisition for clients in institutions and universities, managing requests both on-site and online. They ensure completeness of client requirements, update databases to track progress, and prioritize hassle-free and timely processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare client documents for educational institution processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Encode processed document details, updating master lists and databases to track client's requisition progress.
- Keep clients informed via company channels, addressing concerns and providing updates on requisition services.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year degree in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply
- High School or Senior High Graduates are Welcome to Apply
- With a non-professional driver's license holder.
- Owns a motorcycle available for company usage (w/ gas and maintenance allowance)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen to details, computer literate, and customer service oriented.
- Typing Speed of 40 words-per-minute with 95% accuracy.
- Background in office/administrative roles is a plus.
- Amenable to work outdoors in changing weather conditions (with meal allowance)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
