About the role

Join N&M Staffing Services' talented team as a Spanish Bilingual Specialist in our Pasig City Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be an integral part of our Banking & Financial Services division, providing exceptional customer service and support to our Spanish-speaking clientele. Leveraging your fluency in both English and Spanish, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive banking and financial services to Spanish-speaking customers, including account management, product inquiries, and transaction processing
  2. Serving as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently
  3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  6. Contributing to the overall success of the Retail/Branch Banking team through exceptional customer service and sales performance

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  2. Native or near-native Spanish fluency required for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clientele
  3. Grade 12/Matric/High School Gr. in any field
  4. Prior 2+ years voice experience in proficient bilingual support is must
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand and respond appropriately to complex situations
  6. Familiarity with mortgage products, loan terminology, and the home buying process is advantageous
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy
  8. Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  9. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  10. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  11. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS office
  12. Experience with core banking systems required for daily operations
