ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Must be proficient in Reading, Writing, Comprehending and Speaking the Spanish and the English language.
  • Data entry skills, organization, analyzing information, verbal communication, and multitasking.
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirement; these may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have an expert understanding of computer applications.
  • Experience in handling Customer Service accounts for Spanish and English speaking customers Education or equivalency
  • Minimum of High School Education required, or preferably with two (2) years college background.

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years working experience in the Customer Service field, preferred but not required.
  • Applicant will be expected to pass an Internal English Literacy Test and Spanish communication interviews.
  • Must be able to work on Night Shift Schedules.
