Our Philippines Team:

We work in the financial technology sector and primarily assist supporting trading/investment companies with their operational needs. Our organization is separated into two primary divisions: operations and customer service. The Philippines team is an expansion of our current teams in Taiwan and Malaysia. This is because we are currently handling global accounts and hoping to expand our services to support a 24/7 coverage.

The Role:

We're on the lookout for a Spanish-Bilingual Support professional to join our growing team. This role is open to candidates with experience at the Associate or Senior Associate level who are fluent in both Spanish and English and have a background in customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience at the Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Minimum Spanish proficiency of DELE B2 (C1 or higher is an advantage)
  • Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish
  • Confident English communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is required
