Mochi Solutions is a billing and collections platform designed to help Filipino businesses streamline their invoicing processes and ensure timely payments. The platform targets MSMEs facing challenges with manual billing, delayed payments, and cash flow issues. Mochi Solutions aims to empower businesses with simple, affordable solutions that enable growth by digitalizing receivables management and providing access to finance.

Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role at Mochi Solutions. The Growth Intern responsibilities include:

  • Community Management:
    Actively engage with audiences by responding to messages and comments on social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions, and using social listening to nurture community relationships.

  • Lead Generation:
    Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, including warm and cold outbound approaches and handling inbound inquiries, to create a steady pipeline of potential clients.

  • Client Management:
    Support clients through the sales journey by conducting product demos, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring client success at every stage.

  • Feedback:
    Collect and analyze client needs and product feedback to identify opportunities for improving user experience and enhancing offerings.

  • Reporting:
    Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns, inbound lead generation efforts, and the progress of leads through various deal stages to assess overall effectiveness.

  • Marketing:
    Identify and recommend collaborations with key opinion leaders, evaluate event participation and sponsorship opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends to propose strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Experience or interest in Growth Hacking
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of billing and finance processes is a plus
