Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts store visit regularly to all handled accounts across all assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular audit (Stocks Inventory, SA Daily sales compliance reports and forms). Cascade promos and programs to ensure smooth operation.
  • Regular and strict monitoring of SA under 3rd party provider to ensure that everyone following rules, policy, and direction of the company.
  • Manage issues and concern/negotiations in relation to sales operation (tenant and rentals/policies concerns/opening of new store/expansions program/Securing and renewal of LGU's permit and requirements etc.
  • Strict compliance of report to be cascade by general manager.
