QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the accounting team in data entry, filing, and organizing financial documents.
  • Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Participate in the processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and the maintenance of accounting records.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized files.
  • Support inventory counting, stocktaking, or audits as needed.
  • Learn and assist in the use of accounting software and tools such as [e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel].
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php250.00 per day
