Call Center Agents (BPO - Customer Service Representative)

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering questions about products, stock availability, and sizing through phone calls, email, and live chat.
  • Assisting customers with placing, canceling, and tracking their orders.
  • Processing customer requests for returns and exchanges and handling refunds.

  • NBI Clearance
