Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management (design, construction, or fit-out)
  • Strong knowledge in project & construction management principles (including MEPFS)
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
  • Familiar with architectural & interior production drawings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire project lifecycle (due diligence to post-construction)
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, procurement, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors & internal teams
  • Review plans, drawings, and change orders ensuring compliance
  • Lead and mentor project and construction management teams
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and cost estimates
