Job description

  • Supervise On-site and Off-site project development and testing to ensure the effective and efficient completion of the projects.
  • Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
  • Prepares cost proposals, interpret and convert client's requirements for specific products/project.
  • Monitors the progress and performance of the project against the project plan.
  • Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project.
  • Escalates issues arising from the projects.
  • Handles overall installation supervision of all clients of the company.
  • Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
  • Prepares Gantt's Chart of every project handled and have a close coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Maintain product data base.
  • Provides required reports and other documents needed as support for billing documents

Coordinate with the sub-contractors of the company for scheduling of activities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Electrical Engineering Graduate
  • Proficient in CAD and with knowledge about DIALux
  • Strong analytical & planning skills
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • willing to do field work
  • REE / RME is an advantage but not required
  • w/ at least 1 - 2year work experience with lighting industry
