Job description:

Technical Precast Detailing Services, Inc. is seeking a Precast Concrete Revit modeler/Project Drafter with minimum 2 years experience modeling/drafting. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.

Duties:

  • Prepare shop drawings for precast concrete products, plate fabrication drawings and bills of materials.
  • Prepare precast concrete erection drawings by studying client specifications and working with the project design team; creates a picture of the physical, functional, and aesthetic requirements of all components of a project.
  • Prepare final models by studying sketches, specifications, and supporting documents; preparing drawings of the structural system; drawing multiple views; identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials.
  • Create fully parametric 3D models of precast building structures.
  • Interpret engineer's sketches and calculations
  • Interpret architectural and structural construction documents
  • Able to work using English system of measurement

Requirements:

  • Architecture or Civil Engineering Degree (experience can be substituted for degree)
  • Process-Oriented Thinker
  • Candidate must be willing to work night shift

  • Must demonstrate positive attitude towards project challenges
  • Must be self-motivated and have desire for continued learning and personal growth
  • Strong written and verbal formats of English is required
  • Demonstrate decisive and critical thinking
