Recruitment Staff

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role ensures that the organization attracts and hires qualified talent efficiently and in alignment with company goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Create and post job advertisements in a compelling and accurate manner.
- Review resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer assessments or tests when necessary.
- Schedule interviews and communicate details to candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare interview materials and evaluation forms.
- Collect and organize interview feedback for decision-making.
- Follow up with selected candidates and facilitate job offers and contract signing.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
- Assist in new employee orientation and onboarding logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment or HR preferred (but not always required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
