Requirements:

- At least 4 years of extensive experience as Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or relevant field preferably from a shared services environment

- Bachelor's degree holder

- Provided support to international clients and C-suite level

- Handled multiple executives simultaneously

- Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong English vocabulary is required

Work Location: Pasig, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid (50% capacity on a monthly basis)

ScheduleAU: 6 AM to 3 PM PHT
