JOB SUMMARY:

We're currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our expanding retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will help enhance the overall shopping experience, support store operations, and contribute to sales growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, helpful assistance throughout their visit
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate product recommendations
  • Accurately handle sales transactions using the POS system
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked product displays
  • Use persuasive sales techniques to meet both personal and team sales targets
  • Assist in-store promotional activities and contribute to online content when applicable
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support after purchases
  • Share customer feedback and product insights with team members
  • Perform general store duties, including inventory restocking, routine checks, and tidying
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and help guide them during training

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar customer service position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Previous experience in live selling or online retail is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
  • Willing to work at nearby branches based on staffing requirements
  • Should demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
