You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the development of high-impact insights that inform executive decision-making and business strategy
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations tailored to stakeholders across the company
  • Oversee the design and execution of analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reports to monitor business performance
  • Identify performance trends and root causes, flag emerging risks or opportunities, and work with teams to act on findings
  • Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, rigor, and business impact within the team and broader analytics organization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics

We are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Management/Industrial Engineering is required
  • At least 10 years experience in strategic insights, business analytics, corporate strategy, or a related role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact by connecting data to strategy and performance
  • Strong command of business and financial metrics; ability to dissect and explain drivers of performance
  • Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Excel), data visualization tools is preferred (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Skilled in influencing stakeholders through clear, persuasive storytelling
