About the Role As an Accounts and Partnerships Officer, youll play a key role in accelerating our sales growth through strategic partnerships. Youll actively engage with companies and professional groups to promote TGLFCs Salary Loan programs, strengthen existing alliances, and onboard new partner organizations. You'll work closely with the Sales Head and Product Group Head in designing and structuring partnership models, overseeing the end-to-end salary loan process from partnership negotiations to employee onboarding ensuring every collaboration delivers value and impact. What You'll Do Identify, research, and build relationships with potential partners aligned with company goals.Qualify leads and nurture a steady pipeline of active institutional and individual partners.Present and promote TGLFCs Salary Loan product to new and existing partner companies.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Training) to develop partnership materials and onboarding resources.Negotiate partnership agreements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Represent TGLFC in events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Monitor partnership performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous growth.Provide ongoing support to partner companies to ensure successful employee engagement and product adoption. What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in financial services or related industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities through collaboration.Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and partners.A genuine passion for helping individuals and organizations access better financial solutions.
