I JOB SCOPE

The Marketing Department Head will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving product movement through innovative campaigns and promotions while strengthening the company's online presence and conversion performance. This role is also responsible for aligning marketing activities with sales objectives, enhancing customer engagement and driving digital innovation to maximize both revenue and brand visibility.

II ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution

1.1. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive product visibility, accelerate sales momentum, and improve inventory turn-over

1.2. Work closely with sales and inventory teams to identify underperforming items and develop initiatives such as bundling, promotions, repositioning and new channel exploration

2.     Digital and Online Platform Growth

2.1. Lead the company's digital marketing efforts across all platforms including e-commerce, social media, email marketing and paid advertising

2.2. Optimize the performance of online selling platforms by increasing traffic, engagement and conversion

3.     Client Engagement and Relationship Building

3.1. Strengthen customer engagement by establishing structured client communication and loyalty programs.

3.2. Collaborate with the Sales team to gather feedback, understand customer needs, and tailor marketing efforts to foster long-term relationships.

3.3. Supervise customer-facing marketing touchpoints such as newsletters, product updates, and client-focused events

4.     Market and Customer Insights

4.1. Track marketing performance using analytics tools and present regular reports to senior management.

4.2. Refine marketing strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance data

5.     Brand and Campaign Management

5.1. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content to support promotions and online initiatives

5.2. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline materials

5.3. Develop and execute promotional calendars and seasonal marketing initiatives

6.     Team Leadership & Collaboration

6.1. Lead and mentor the Marketing team to ensure efficient execution of department goals.

6.2. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

6.3. Manage external vendors, creatives, and partners as needed.
