Duties and Responsibilities


• Documents business requirements and provide sustainable software solutions through system configurations and customization to achieve business objectives


• Works directly with proponents to gather project requirements, initiatives, blueprinting, and define scopes for SAP project implementations


• Collects and analyzes business needs and translates the clear requirements for the development


• Manage and control change request/s in relation to project plan


• Handles user queries, trainings, and production issue resolution


• Ability to work and provide resolution within the given SLA


• Functional experience in SD is a plus but not required


• Identifies and documents problem root causes, engaging other parties as necessary to make a proper determination

Job Qualifications


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering


• 2-3 years of hands-on experience SAP WM and/or debugging


• Experience in setting up, prototyping, functional configuration, and creating functional process specifications


• Preferably with manufacturing or distribution/warehouse business process knowledge and experience


• Preferably with implementation and support experience


• Must be willing to primarily work in Quezon City


• Willing to be assigned to different sites as required
• Excellent documentation skills (Blueprint, User Manuals, process diagrams, User guide)
