Accounting Intern

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, receive, scan, and index documents for BOC monitoring and foreign settlements.
  • Monitor and reconcile invoices, official receipts, transmittals, and reconciled boxes.
  • Fill out bank forms and manage SAP numbers, vendor clearing, and batch clearing numbers.
  • Respond to email queries regarding SOA updates and check releases.
  • Split sales invoices and process invoices via Cflow.
  • Sort and organize BIR forms.
  • Assist in side-by-side training and support team members with daily accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
