Infor is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Global Enablement & Education organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and updating the global Education Learning Management System (LMS) and related sites. The primary focus of this position is to translate business requirements, customer insights, and data into web strategies and solutions that support both organizational goals and customer needs.

As a key contributor, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, customers, and management, to enhance the training customer experience. To succeed, you should have expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a strong foundation in programming applications. What You Will Need?:

• Proven experience in a Web Developer role, ideally within a global organization.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid knowledge of programming applications and familiarity with technical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A dedicated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop ideas, articulate processes, and express them clearly.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:

• Design, build, and maintain websites and software applications.
• Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, and digital media to create dynamic pages.
• Perform regular updates within the LMS webpages to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
• Build new REST APIs for internal API-driven development and external integrations with partners and third-party solutions.
• Develop and validate test routines to ensure compatibility with different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Identify and resolve issues uncovered by customer feedback or testing, escalating as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and recommend solutions.
• Back up website files to local directories to ensure recovery capabilities.
• Evaluate code to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze usage reports to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving the user journey.
• Stay current with web development trends, programming practices, and emerging technologies through education, workshops, and conferences.
