This role will focus on developing aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites, maintaining and securing domains, and optimizing digital presence across various platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace, and Magento. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building beautiful websites and driving success for our clients through effective SEO practices, content strategies, and technical expertise.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites that are visually appealing, responsive, and functional.
• Platform Proficiency: Build, manage, and update websites using WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace, Magento, and other relevant platforms.
• Domain & Site Maintenance: Oversee domain management, website hosting, security, and updates to ensure sites are running smoothly and securely.
• SEO Strategy: Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by performing keyword research, on-page SEO, backlink building, and content migration.
• Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to facilitate blog creation, content updates, and site redesigns to improve user engagement and search visibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance site traffic, conversions, and user experience.
• Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical recommendations, and ensure seamless execution of digital projects.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, SEO, and digital marketing to consistently bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of websites built on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace, and Magento.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and web development frameworks. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and WordPress plugins is a plus.
• SEO Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO strategies, including keyword research, backlink building, content migration, and blog optimization.
• Problem-Solving & Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently to resolve technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients in an accessible way.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with web hosting environments, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Experience with e-commerce websites and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory systems).
• Graphic design experience or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
