Job Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals, such as brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion to sales, and customer retention
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns — ideation, execution, monitoring, and optimization
  • Experiment with various organic and paid channels, such as but not limited to social media, search, display, email, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Being in tune with the latest industry trends as well as updated digital/social media strategy.
  • Developing a network and building relations with key influencers that will drive brand credibility.
  • Conducting data-driven market research, competitive and data analysis to develop channel strategies, plans, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Coordinate with other brands for tie-ups in line with the CEO's vision. Such other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

a.  EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field.

b.   EXPERIENCE

  • With at least 3 minimum years' experience in digital marketing or advertising position.

c.   COMPETENCIES

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and producing content required.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and SEO).
  • Knowledgeable and experienced on Marketing key KPI's (e.g CTR, CPM, CPC etc.)
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Highly proactive and solutions are driven with a very proactive and can-do
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
