Pre-construction Activities

  • Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) for approval of management.
  • Responsible for creating Inspection Test plan prior to start of the project.
  • Coordinate to cost engineer for QA/QC requirement to include on general requirements committed cost.
  • Incharge for materials testing prior to start of construction.
  • Responsible for preparation of all forms needed for QA/QC plan Implementation.

Construction Phase

  • Responsible for work inspection with subcon and engineer incharge.
  • Responsible for work inspection with PMT.
  • Accountable for the quality of every activity and responsible for issuance notice to comply and non-compliance to subcontractor.
  • Responsible for implementation of Inspection test plan, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high quality standards for all process.
  • Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specification and quality.
  • Coordinate to technical head for the updated plans for implementation.
  • Provide weekly QA/QC report for submission to planning engineer with regards to non-compliance of subcon & quality issue that will use for billing evaluation.
  • Coordinate to subcon QA/QC for the issues and concern regarding quality and provide solution on how to provide quality assurance for every work item.
  • Coordinate with the team and discuss all standards to perform inspection and test on all procedures, also to discuss the process flow of inspection.

Post Construction

  • Incharge for internal punchlist to be presented to subcontractor for their compliance prior to work completion.
  • Weekly report for completed punchlist and handover area.
  • Responsible for compilation of all documents regarding QA/QC for project closeout as requirement for COC.
  • Incharge for preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices in terms of quality).
  • Help Engineer incharge for handover the project to PMT/Client representative.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Licensed)

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Quality Control.
  • With at least completed a project from start to project turnover.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and software used for quantification and estimation
  • Knowledgeable in quantity surveying.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
